Short answer
Rolex does not list a reference 116719BLSO. The letter suffix on ceramic GMT-Master II models tracks the bezel colors: BLRO for blue and red, BLNR for blue and black, LN for black, CHNR for brown and black. "BLSO" shows up in seller listings, not in Rolex catalogs. A listing with that code points to the 18k white gold GMT-Master II 116719BLRO, the blue and red Pepsi model sold from 2014 to 2018, or to a blue and black gold build Rolex did not make under that reference.

What replica sellers build
Most replica versions of this reference use a 40 mm case, a ceramic insert, and one of the two bezel colorways. Factories active in this segment include Clean, GM, ARF, and VSF. Noob, once the largest name in the trade, stopped shipping after raids in 2021.
Three case builds appear. The first is 316L steel with gold plating. The second is steel over a tungsten core, added to raise the weight. The third is solid 18k gold, rare and priced near used genuine watches.
Two movement families cover the market. One is a modified Seagull or ETA 2836 with a GMT hand and a 24 hour bezel. The other is a clone of the Rolex 3186, sold as SH3186 or VR3186, with a jumping hour hand and an independent GMT setting. The clone runs at 28,800 vph and carries a quoted 40 to 48 hour reserve.
Prices run from about $120 for a plated steel model to $600 and up for a tungsten build with a 3186 clone.
Checks before buying
- Weight. A gold watch of this size does not feel light in the hand. Tungsten cores close the gap, so weight alone proves nothing.
- Plating thickness. Gold wears first at the clasp, crown guards, and bracelet edges. Ask for the micron count.
- Bezel insert. The red and blue transition should be sharp at the 6 and 18 marks. Soft edges mean a low grade insert.
- Hand stack. On a 3186 clone the hour hand sits under the GMT hand. Wrong order means the wrong pinion.
- Cyclops and date. Check the date font and the magnification, about 2.5x on the original.
- Crown action. A Triplock style crown should thread with no grit and no cross threading.
